All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) near you. During checkout, you'll provide your preferred FFL dealer's information. We verify the dealer's license, then ship your order directly to them. Your FFL will contact you when the firearm arrives to complete the background check (Form 4473) and transfer. We ship to all states where our products are legal to own. Some states and municipalities have restrictions on certain features or configurations. Orders shipping to California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia may require compliant configurations or may not be available. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure about your local laws.

Every Veritas Arms product is backed by a lifetime limited warranty to the original purchaser. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or neglect is not covered. If you experience an issue, contact our warranty team with your serial number and we'll make it right.

Visit our Products page and select the item you'd like to pre-order. Pre-orders require a deposit to reserve your position. You'll receive email updates on production progress and estimated ship dates. Final payment is collected before shipping. Pre-order positions are non-transferable but deposits are refundable upon request before production begins.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as bank transfers for large orders. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not accept cryptocurrency or money orders at this time.

In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Pre-order items ship according to the production timeline listed on the product page. All firearms ship via FedEx or UPS with adult signature required and full insurance. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Expedited shipping is not available for firearms.

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they enter production. Once manufacturing has begun on your specific unit, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Pre-order deposits are fully refundable before production starts.
